A ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device driven by external gears, consisting of two hoppers and a grid type ball mill. The material is uniformly fed into the first hopper of the mill through the feeding device and the hollow shaft of the feeding device. The hopper adopts a stepped or corrugated lining, and the steel balls have different characteristics. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which lifts the steel ball to a certain height. After falling, it will generate strong impact and crush materials. After rough grinding in the first warehouse, the material enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition. The warehouse is covered with flat lining and steel balls for further grinding of the material. The powder is unloaded through the unloading grid to complete the grinding operation.
