Working principle of ball mill beneficiation:
The raw materials enter the rotating shell of the ball mill through the hollow shaft neck of the grinding equipment, and the rotating shell is equipped with steel ball grinding bodies of different diameters. When the rotating body rotates around the horizontal axis at a certain speed, and the cylinder reaches a certain height under the action of centrifugal force and frictional force, the grinding body made of steel balls and raw materials installed on the rotating body separates from the cylinder. The inner wall of the rotating body may descend or roll downwards, crushing the raw material under the impact force. Meanwhile, during the rotation of the grinder, the sliding motion between the grinding bodies also has a grinding effect on the raw materials. Due to the continuous supply of raw materials, pressure forces the material in the rotating body to move from the loading end to the unloading end. After rough grinding in the first warehouse, the material enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition. The warehouse is covered with flat lining and steel balls for further grinding of the material. The soil flow is discharged through the hollow shaft at the unloading end.
