How To Solve The Problem Of Running Raw Materials In Rotary Kilns?
In the process of rotary kiln calcination production, in some cases, there may be a phenomenon of raw material running back from the rotary kiln. In severe cases, this can directly lead to the quality of the calcined product and cause losses to the enterprise. The following are solutions to the problem of raw material running back from the rotary kiln:
1. Reduce feeding, reduce kiln speed, add an appropriate amount of coal, and add primary air. At this time, pay attention to the combustion of coal powder in the kiln;
2. When there is a warning of running raw materials or in the early stage of running raw materials, coal can be added appropriately. When running raw materials has become a reality and the temperature at the kiln head drops significantly, it is advisable to reduce the feeding of coal appropriately. When the current and firing temperature show an upward trend, the material can be added and the kiln speed can be increased. The feeding amplitude should not be too large.
3. Properly reduce the kiln tail draft, adjust the ratio of internal and external air, turn off the external air appropriately and turn on the internal air to retract the flame. If the situation is severe, the coal pipe can be appropriately removed and the firing temperature can be raised as soon as possible;
4. Adjust the grate speed and the air supply for the cooling machine to maintain smooth ventilation inside the kiln;
5. Control the outlet temperature of the decomposition furnace well to ensure good pre firing of the materials entering the kiln;
6. When there is an upward trend in the kiln current and firing temperature, feeding can be considered, but the kiln speed should be increased first before feeding. Pay attention to the small amplitude of feeding and raising the kiln speed to prevent material leakage and high burning.
