Feature

The axial movement of the cylinder is controllable    
 The kiln shell is made of high-quality killed steel plate welded and rolled. The shell is supported on the support device of the 2-7 gear sliding bearing through wheels, and there are mechanical or hydraulic blocking wheels on one or several of the support devices. Customers can flexibly control the axial movement of the shell.


The transmission device rotates the cylinder at the required speed through a gear ring located in the middle of the cylinder. The main drive adopts a frequency conversion motor, which is convenient for smooth adjustment of the speed of the Rotary kiln body. The motor power of the auxiliary transmission system is 15-75kw, ensuring smooth operation during kiln operation.


Easy installation and maintenance  
Larger kilns are equipped with auxiliary transmission devices that rotate the cylinder at a very low speed, meeting the needs of installation and maintenance.


Good sealing performance    
To prevent cold air from entering and smoke and dust from overflowing the cylinder, reliable sealing devices are installed at the inlet (tail) and outlet (head) ends of the cylinder for the kiln tail and kiln head.



Working principle



Raw ore is directly fed into the Rotary kiln tail from the storage silo via electronic belt metering scale, belt conveyor, stabilizing silo and air lock valve. Only stabilizing silo is set at the kiln tail to reduce investment. The ore is heated in the first row of the Rotary kiln, and the raw ore moves in reverse with the hot gas flow in the kiln. After the raw ore is heated to the reduction temperature in the heating area, it enters the reduction area. The temperature of the flame center in the reduction zone is controlled at about 1000 ℃, and the temperature of the hot atmosphere in the reduction zone is controlled at about 700 ℃ to react with the reduction gas and reduce to Magnetite. Afterwards, it enters the cooling zone and meets the incoming gas. The gas is preheated, and the ore is cooled before being discharged from the kiln. After being cooled by a continuous bucket conveyor, it is then stored in a storage tank for selection.
