Therefore, it is used for painting refractory bricks, magnets, ceramics, rubber tires, and so on.

Magnesia rotary kiln is a kind of kiln type that calcines crushed magnesium ore powder with hot air. It is composed of a cylinder, a transmission device, a supporting device for the support of the support and stop wheels, a seal for the kiln head and tail, a cover for the kiln head and a combustion device. Magnesia rotary kiln shell is a heated rotary part, which is made of better steel plate by coil welding. working principle

The material can be rapidly decomposed in a few seconds after entering the magnesium oxide rotary kiln. As the calcination of materials is carried out, the calcined materials are uniform without raw burning and over burning, and the calcination temperature can be accurately controlled. Pulverized powdery materials or mud cake magnesite are fed into the dryer or preheater by the feeder. The waste heat air generated from magnesite decomposition in the calcination and decomposition furnace is used as the above drying heat source. The dried magnesite is sent into the calcination furnace for calcination, and the decomposed magnesium oxide (light burned magnesium) is discharged from the discharge port.

Technological process of magnesia rotary kiln:

The magnesia rotary kiln process can be divided into nine steps: beneficiation - kiln entry - sintering - manual screening - inspection - mixed products - crushing - inspection - bagging and warehousing.

The qualified materials (30-40mm) of magnesia process raw materials are crushed by a crusher, sintered in a magnesia rotary kiln, calcined into calcined white, cooled by a cooler, ground into powder by a ball mill, and then pressed into balls by a ball press. After crushing, the raw materials are mixed with ferrosilicon powder (75% silicon) and fluorite powder (GaF2)=95%, uniformly agglomerated, loaded into a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank, placed in a reduction furnace, and reduced to crude magnesium at 1200-1250 ℃ and 1.33Pa vacuum, After flux refining, ingot casting and surface treatment, the finished magnesium ingot is obtained.
