Product Description

Working principle

In the Rotary kiln of laterite nickel ore, the hot gas generated by the combustion of materials and coal moves in countercurrent, and undergoes all smelting steps drying, dehydration, reduction and metal growth. The metal is generated under the semi melting condition in laterite nickel ore Rotary kiln. The sintered material frit comes out of the Rotary kiln and is crushed by water. After grinding, the reduced nickel iron alloy is separated from the discharged frit by gravity separation and magnetic separator.
