The process of producing ceramsite is: crushing and grinding of raw materials → ratio of raw materials → stirring of raw materials → granulation → shaping and screening → sintering → cooling → screening → bagging.
After the clay is transported into the factory by car, it is stored in the shed. The general storage time is about 30 days. The clay particle size is about 100~200mm, which is sent to the silo by the forklift, and sent to the roller tooth crusher by the plate feeder under the silo. Particle size is reduced and the composition is uniform. Then enter into the double roll granulator for extrusion granulation.
