3. Working principle of cone crusher?
When the cone crusher is working, the motor rotates through the pulley or coupling, the transmission shaft of the cone crusher and the conical part of the cone crusher rotate around a fixed point under the forced action of the eccentric sleeve. As a result, the crushing wall of the crushing cone sometimes gets close to and sometimes leaves the surface of the mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber to realize the ore crushing. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear to make the broken cone rotate. The crushing cone sometimes approaches or leaves the fixed cone to complete crushing and discharging. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is pressed by the spring. When the crusher falls into the metal block and other unbreakable objects, the spring will produce compression deformation, discharge foreign matters, realize insurance and prevent machine damage. When the non breakable foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the spring safety system of the cone crusher can realize the safety, and the discharge port of the cone crusher is enlarged. The foreign matter is discharged from the crushing chamber of the cone crusher. If the foreign matter is stuck in the ore discharge, the cavity cleaning system can be used to make the discharge continue to increase and the foreign matter can be discharged from the crushing chamber of the cone crusher. Under the action of spring, the discharge port of cone crusher is automatically reset, and the machine of cone crusher returns to normal operation. The surface of the crushing chamber is lined with wear-resistant high manganese steel. The size of ore discharge port is adjusted by hydraulic or manual.
