Hongke has good news in recent days. Indian customers ordered a set of Hongke iron ore production line equipment which was successfully put into operation on August 20. The main configuration equipment includes: crusher, vibrating screen, grid-type ball mill, double screw classifier, countercurrent permanent magnet drum type magnetic separator and other equipment. The crushing screen of the production line is divided into three open-circuit crushing processes. The final particle size of fine crushing is less than 25mm and more than 95%, and the iron selection is a magnetic separation process of one coarse, one fine and one sweep. The plant adopts a combined process of weak magnetic separation, strong magnetic separation, heavy separation, flotation, and electric separation.
