Henan Hongke designed and supplied a complete 10,000 TPY shale ceramsite sand rotary kiln production line for a customer in Mianchi. The line processes local shale into high-quality ceramsite sand used in construction materials, thermal insulation, and oilfield fracturing.

Crushing & Grinding: Jaw crusher + hammer crusher + ball mill for shale size reduction
Granulation: Disc pelletizer for raw material balling
Calcination: Shale ceramsite rotary kiln (950–1050°C, 3° incline, automatic temperature control)

Screening & Packaging: Trommel screen for size grading
