The Situation: Cold Climate, Growing Demand
Inner Mongolia gets seriously cold in winter. Our customer needed a lime kiln that could handle sub-zero temperatures and still deliver consistent quality. Their old equipment couldn't keep up with local demand, and importing lime was costing too much.
They needed a reliable system that could produce 100 tons per day of high-quality quicklime — and keep running no matter how cold it got outside.
What We Supplied
We designed a complete lime production line around a Φ3.0×60m rotary kiln. The extra length (60 meters) gives material more time in the heat — important when feed conditions vary.
