Henan Hongke Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is currently installing a brand-new Φ1.6×36m rotary kiln for aluminum dross processing at a customer site in Chongqing, China. This is a completely new production line—not a refurbishment, not an upgrade of old equipment.
The Job: Recycling Aluminum Dross
Our customer produces aluminum dross—a waste byproduct from aluminum smelting—and they wanted to stop paying to dump it in landfills. They wanted to recover valuable aluminum and turn the rest into a saleable product.
They made it clear: no used equipment. No repurposed cement kilns. They wanted a brand-new, purpose-built kiln designed specifically for aluminum dross calcination.
