The Situation: Southern China Needed More Lime
Guangdong's steel, non-ferrous metal, and building materials industries were growing fast. They all need high-quality active lime—but local supply couldn't keep up. Our customer, a calcium products manufacturer in Qingyuan, decided to fix that.
They needed a reliable kiln that could produce 300 tons per day of top-quality lime, run 24/7, and meet environmental standards. No compromises.
What We Supplied
We designed and built a complete lime production line with a rotary kiln system engineered for 300 TPD.
The full system includes:
Vertical preheater – captures waste heat, preheats stone to ~800–900°C, cuts fuel use by ~30%
Rotary kiln – main calcination unit, operates at 1,100–1,250°C
Vertical cooler – quenches lime fast, preserves reactivity, recovers heat
Multi-channel burner – runs on coal powder or natural gas
Dust collector – cyclone + bag filter, emissions well below limits
DCS controls – monitors everything automatically
How It Works
